Atlantic Outreach Group strives to empower vulnerable communities by connecting them to resources necessary for their success. Since 2010 we have had the honor of serving our communities. Offering a holistic approach to those in need has always been our goal. We remain focused on having great partnerships, a dedicated team, outstanding volunteers and caring donors, which helps us to strive to be even more impactful in the years to come.
